What is Telemaper?

Telemapper is how we track hours and clock in with the retailer. This is required to have downloaded on your phone!

Clocking in to ATMO

You will clock in as soon as you are in the building for ATMO Meeting.

Telemapper requires a GPS signal for when you are clocked in. So to clock into ATMO please clock in at...

Click the Location Tag Icon at the bottom left of your screen.

Click on the the location you want.

You'll click, "Check In".

Youll check the box of the "General/Office"! Then Confirm.

Clocking in to THE FIELD

When you arrive and park at the store. You should clock in at the required time stated by your Retailer. You must be close enough/inside the store for the Telemapper app to be able to confirm you are at the retailer. 

COMPLIANCE TIPS

  • You will only STAY clocked in if you immediately travel to the field from ATMO. If not you MUST clock out.
  • If you forget to clock in or out you can fix your hours IN the Telemapper app.

 

  • COSTCO reps should clock into the field 5 minutes early. (This requires GPS confirmation)
  • TARGET reps should clock into the field 15 minutes early. (This requires GPS confirmation)

 

  • Failing to clock in and check GPS at the correct time will result in you losing your EOC bonus. This is an addition 15$ per line you would have made if you were on time that day.
