What will your Pitch off look like?
On your second week of training you will be required to pass your Pitch off. What we are looking for is...
- Following the script given for your retailer.
- Successfully handing any objections given.
- BEAST Factors, SEE factors and overall positive energy during the Pitch.
- Correctly do the Quick Quote.
- Successfully bringing the customer to the Table (Costco only)
- Correctly create them a Custom Quote
- 1 Phone will be an iPhone Trade In
- 1 Phone will be an iPhone non trade
- 1 Phone will be an Android Trade in
- 1 Phone will be an Android non trade
- Successfully closing the interaction and asking for their ID/Membership

Tactic 1: Networking!
Find a leader in the office and schedule a one on one time to go over your Pitch off and practicing.
Tactic 2: Write it down!
Many of us in the office practice writing the script over and over again to help us retain and memorize the script.
Tactic 3: Use online resources!
